Grass and Weeds



It’s the season for grass and weeds- Remember: property owners are responsible for mowing the right-of-way next to their homes and road. Keep your yards, vacant lot or land cut to less than 12 inches tall, as provided in the city ordinance. If left overgrown it can result in hefty fines from the city.

Keeping yards free of tall grass and weeds can prevent mosquitos, rodents and wildlife from invading your property and creating hazards to you, your family and your neighbors.
