Customer Application for New Service
The Customer Application for New Service may be filled out to begin new natural gas service and new water utility & sanitation services. The Customer Application for New Service may also be filled out by customers who live outside of the City limits and wish to purchase a sanitation permit, which would allow the customer to utilize the sanitation service within the City limits.
