A change has been made by the Texas Legislature in the Open Records Act (HB 872).  This applies to Utility Billing only.  As of September 1, 2021, your utility account information is confidential.  You may elect to disclose your account information by checking the box and returning the signed Request for Disclosure Form to the City of Alpine - Utility Customer Service Department or by completing the online form found below.
