90 Day Status Report

Over my first 90 days with the City of Alpine, I prepared this status report. Since this is my first experience with the City of Alpine, I felt it was important to do an evaluation of the organization following a model template of areas that are important to good governance, to review organizational sustainability and opportunities for growth; what decisions need to be made when it comes to different programs and financial feasibility; as well as staffing decisions to properly identify the strengths, weaknesses, issues and problems before they become critical for the organization.

I’ve prepared an Implementation Schedule to address the areas of concern and provide adequate policies for transparency, internally and externally, as well as create a foundation for a healthy organizational culture.
